Issue with connection signals

For the last 2 weeks I have had intermittent connection on my Sky Q box with apps, catch-up etc. I reset and it goes off again soon after. I am back on them today and I have not reset settings! I have a fantastic report from EE today,  sll green, no issues with other appliances. Please advise. And I am not the only customer who has this problem..  I am connected by cable yo hub and dish is OK. Please cam you help?

I have exactly the same problem and don't know what to do.   I have to reset the connection every day.   Never had this problem in the past.   What should I do?

No it is off again today. It's not my Broadband. Something with Sky. Lots of customers having this trouble says EE and my son in London and he is Sky for everything.

That's interesting Heather.  I am with EE and live in London.   Never had a problem before I switched to EE in December.   Not sure best way to  try and sort it out.   EE or Sky?

I have never had a problem ever! Been with BT and now EE for 14 months. EE checked everything,  my laptop etc have no problems. The only thing I can do now, as it soon goes off again, mainly overnight, is boot Sky Q box at same time as re booting Hub, good luck!

No. I tried the on line help, spend all one afternoon and it was no good.  What I do now is reboot ASky Q box at the same time as rebooting my Hub.  It is on today, but we'll see, not convinced!

I am having the same issue and it keeps happening. My broadband route (BT) is fine and internet connection is perfect. Its just the Sky that I cannot connect to wifi and when it eventually happens I lose it again shortly after.

Trying to connect with an agent to try and resolve the issue is almost as difficult as the keeping the internet connected to the box 😂
