Yes I agree after a whole afternoon on it! No joy just did my usual,  re-boot box and Hub at same time! Nearly everyday!

I thought I had got mine fixed on Monday but today Thursday I had to reboot again.   Seems the issue has not been resolved.   

 

Needs to be escalated.

Just to let you all know that, after a couple of chats with Sky experts and a reset of the Sky Q box (a bit scarey to do!), my connection issues appear to have been resolved.  My EE internet connection with the Sky Q box had been dropping daily for a few days.

I meant to update on this too! Trying to get a Sky chat was like getting rocking horse **** but I have connected the WiFi on my sky box to compatible WiFi (via the EE app) rather than the normal one and touch wood it's been ok for a few days now 👌🏼 Prior to this it was dropping out a few times a day. You're welcome 😜
