How do I resolve an issue with recordings. When downloading or trying to record a technical error message appears. For downloading it says "This Programme cannot be recorded" and if you downalod it says "Because of a technical issue your Programme cannot be completed, please try again later". We have tried turning off and on, reset the hardrive and wiped all recordings back to factory settings and still no luck. Does anyone have a workaround or fix please? Thanks
