I am a SkyQ user. When I access, and already linked ...., Discovery + app and select any programme to watch, when I select watch now always I get the message Upgrade to watch. As this channel is part of my SkyQ package I should not have to pay for extra subscription.
my account needs to be reset so I can use Discovery+ as I need to be able to watch the programmes on the channel.
