Problem with wifi

Wifi issue. TV is fine my video doorbell so slow & mostly doesn't work

I must advise you that this is not a chat area with SKY Advisers but groups where customers help others

 

As you have posted in the TV group, so I can move your post to the most appropriate group please can you advise is the doorbell part of SKY Protect  which has it;s own group - otherwise I will move to  the SKY broadband group (which covers wifi)
