Issue opening Netflix on My apps

When I look to open Netflix on My Apps on my Sky Q box, the Netflix symbol comes up, circle showing loading, but nothing happens and doesn't go to Netflix home screen. I am able to access Netflix through the TV apps, so it is not a connection or Netflix account issue. I tried unplugging the tv and Sky Q box for ten minutes, but the screen is not moving past the Netflix symbol to the home page on my apps on the Sky Q box. I am able to load Disney app, so seems to be just the Netflix app on my Sky Q box that won't open.
