Recently upgraded to Gigafast broadband but watching on mini box the picture freezes
Recently upgraded to gigafast broadband but TV freezes when watching on Sky Q mini box.

Hi @ajws I would try moving your 5GHz band channel on your broadband router as far away from channel 36 as possible. The Sky Q Mesh uses channel 36.

Hi @ajws Are you using a Sky Q Hub? Sorry, I didn't realise that "Gigafast" was Sky broadband.

@MightyQuinn Yes broadband Gigafast 'upgraded' from ultra Fast and now connection problems with Sky q mini boxes ! Engineer booked for September but thoroughly frustrating considering the amount of money we pay to sky !

Did you do a full network reset of your Sky boxes after you changed?

Sounds like a classic 5GHz clash. As mentioned above you need to change the channel on your router.
