Internet down on sky q box

Hi my sky box is working for programming but will not connect to the internet, it was working fine and dropped for no reason, my internet is fine and all other WiFi devices are working fine, I've tried restarting the box and I've followed the instructions for resetting the WiFi but neither has worked, anyone got any further advice please

@ABC1234  Your post has been moved from the Sky Stream board as you have posted you have Sky Q, therefore this is not a Sky Stream puck related issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @ABC1234   Have you tried power rebooting your broadband router? It doesn't matter that other devices are working fine, as they don't use the DNS addresses that Sky Q uses.

Who is your Broadband supplier and exactly what are you carrying out to reset the Q box network?

I'm with sky internet and never had a problem before, I turned both the router and the  box off from the power for 30 seconds then followed the onscreen instructions to connect to WiFi but it failed

Do you have a White or Black Sky Router?

So sky have agreed to replace my sky q box free of charge but said it votes either a sky vinema subscription, I told them I didn't want it but was told it couldn't be taken off and I will need to cancel after 31 days, also my contact with sky has restarted to 24 months because I've added to my package something I didn't even ask for, I'm fuming
