Intermittent sky TV connection loose wires
I need an engineer to check the wires on my sky dish as i have intermittent connectivity.
That's all I need.

Why do I have to discuss with users? I want to speak to Sky.
Users will agree I need an engineer. This is very confusing???

Hi @Peter285 If you want to speak to Sky, telephone them. Don't engage with the AI and you should reach an advisor.
