@PedroC  You can't add your own apps via sky hardware

There is no app store for any Sky hardware, be it on Q, Stream or Glass. Sky have control over which apps it chooses to host on its hardware - the customer has no choice. 

If your own smart TV cannot download apps then the other option is a dedicated streaming device such as an Amazon Firestick or an Apple TV 4K box, both of which have app stores which allow the customer to download whatever apps they like.
