My sky freezes on my mini box in lounge. Have tried swapping mini box and hdmi cable

My sky freezing in the lounge. I have tried swapping the mini boxes around and hdmi cable but the issue remains.

We don't have the issue when watching aps, just sky tv

You don't specify whether the issue remains with the mini or the location.

Assume your lounge TV isa mini??

Is the problem location nearer to the other mini or the Main Q box?

If on Sky Broadband then the mini can also connect to the Sky router if nearer.
