Installation rep used old dish on house which is rusting and in disrepair

I purchased Sky for my elderly mother and when it was being installed the rep used an old dish on the side of her house that is in real disrepair. I expected a new dish. She currently has a picture but I'm concerned that the dish will fall off the wall in the winter. What can I do to resolve this?

@SligoResident  Engineers will use the existing dish if feasible to do so, they must have though it was still serviceable.

There is no Guarantee each install gets a new dish if there is already an existing dish there.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It will have a new LNB which is the most important thing. Even rusty metal can act as a decent dish. Doesn't look great though but more sustainable 😉
