Returns and threatening texts

Being hassled by sky via text to return broadband kit, not yet received returns package been charged in error yet still getting texts threatening charges etc, just me or a pattern? Been with sky 24 yrs BTW

@LArua3492  Tenure with Sky has no baring on the returns process.  Have you called Sky to chase them for the packaging? What have they advised?
