Incorrect not full recording

I set record from my sky go app to record Manchester City V Tottenham Hotsper today . Now trying to watch from the beginning from my sky Q box and only starts from half time

It is difficult to say why this happened so see what happens when you schedule another remote recording as this might be a one off glitch for some reason.
