ITVX keeps crashing when streaming on SkyQ. Is this due to slow broadband speed? TV turns off.

75mbs. The TV turns off. We switch back on and find programme and resume watching. Think it might be a buffering issue. Happens sometimes with BBC IPlayer too. Thanks
