ITV problems

ITV programmes won't play from start when selected . All other channels work.

Predictable message displayed saying technical fault . Any ideas ?

Hi @ColinG54 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

I've tried this twice but no luck .

is it a problem at ITV.

I never get an answer if i message them. 
And the one programme i need this for in particular doesn't ever end up on ITV x for three days !!!
