ITV Catch Up on Sky Q missing soaps

Same issue with STV Player. Good to know Sky are aware. The shows are available on STV Player and ITVX with ads though.

Any updates regarding missing episodes of coronation street and classic coronation street. Really annoying not being able to catch up on these. Paying a lot a month for a rubbish service. Been a customer for over 20 yrs and seriously now considering cancelling, especially how much it's now increased a month.

This was fixed for me within a few days of reporting it to Viewer Relations back at the start of this thread. Whilst the episodes that were initially missed never appeared, all episodes of Coronation Street going back to Feb 24th are currently available to download (I guess they have a 30 day rotation).

I have from 25/2 until 28/2 after that nothing, do you have episodes showing up until now.

Yes I always knew about the 30 day as had to make sure I watched them before then as they got deleted. Really annoying I can't get any from the 28th Feb.

Coronation Street from 24/2 to 19/3

Classic Coronation Street from 21/2 to 21/3

I'm exactly the same as you. However, I have just discovered, if when you go into Skygo, you search for coronation street, (magnifying glass at the top) it brings up all the episodes from 25/2 forwards up to 19/3!!

I'm on Sky+HD (which won't make any difference to what's available, it's just how you find it that differs).

If I go to Catch Up > ITV> All and either search for Coronation or scroll down to C then Select the Coronation Street tile, they are all there.

If, however, I go to Catch Up > ITV > Soaps and Select the Coronation Street tile, there's only a couple there.

Logical conclusion is that the rest haven't been flagged as 'Soaps' when ITV sent the metadata.

To be honest, I rarely use the Catch Up section at all. It's easier (on my box anyway), to just Search 🔍 from the Home Page, which brings up all past (30 days) and future (7 days) episodes.

Catch Up > ITV > Soaps and Select the Coronation Street,emmerdale, classic Corrie or classic emmerdale  tile, there's only a couple there.bur if use voice search it brings them all up but it should still show them all when using

When using this method to find them it's same issue on sky Q

Thanks everyone, I have found them by going to the search box and downloading from there.

 As you can see when going down to catch up tv then itv catch up then to soaps it's no longer showing emmerdale and the other soaps it is showing is missing quite a few episodes so this needs looking into as they should show this way as well I use sky Q thanks
