I would like to return my spare minibox coz we don't use it

When it has been cancelled it needs to be returned to Sky. You can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

If you’re returning a Sky Q mini box don’t forget it’s very important that you keep you proof of posting indefinitely as Unipart are not quick at telling Sky you have sent equipment back. Return packaging will be sent out by Sky.

Hi @Mpf19   If by second box you mean your one and only Mini box then don't forget to cancel your Multiscreen subscription if your contract allows it (it may be on an 18 month contract). You should note that without cancelling your Multiscreen subscription you will not save any money by returning the Mini box.
