Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

If you’re returning a Sky Q mini box don’t forget it’s very important that you keep you proof of posting indefinitely as Unipart are not quick at telling Sky you have sent equipment back. Return packaging will be sent out by Sky.

Find out moreHi @Mpf19 If by second box you mean your one and only Mini box then don't forget to cancel your Multiscreen subscription if your contract allows it (it may be on an 18 month contract). You should note that without cancelling your Multiscreen subscription you will not save any money by returning the Mini box.
