Please can you send me a new SkyQ remote as I cannot use Sky at the moment.

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here.
If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers).

Otherwise you can purchase a new one from a lot of retailers / main supermarkets.
