I'm currently at mam's home, the sky q box is saying no digital TV signal available.

A message displaying ”no signal” tends to be generated from her TV and normally means her TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.
If a message displays “no satellite signal” it relates to her Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of her Sky Q box are still finger tight. Otherwise it’s likely to be a dish alignment issue so check the troubleshooting in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give her the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of her dish. If it doesn’t she will need to contact Sky to book an engineer appointment.
If she is connected to a communal dish she needs to liaise with her building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
Remember, a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

Her sky q was installed by engineer a year ago, with no problems until today.
Picture is just pixelating and freezing. Remote won't change channel or anything.

Hi @GDS5
So I assume you have checked that the Television is on the correct HDMI input?
Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
