Upgrade from Sky +HD to Sky Q without taking out Sky multiroom

I know you can upgrade to Sky Q for free if you take out a 12 month Multiscreen subscription for £15 a month.. But is there an option where you pay say a one off installation fee say £50 and don't have the multiscren option. Parents only have 1 TV and there HD box keeps locking up and needing power cycles so may not last long.  Thanks

Yes - they will need to call Sky to see what options they have.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@ricoghardforth2 Or purchase a used Sky+HD Box from eBay instead.
