I have had an engineer out who says I need a new sky Q box. I have all his details

curent box non titan 2TB due to system need Titan 2TB (starts 32B2)

current serial number 32B1

 

i have constant freezing picture currently

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. Your post should reappear tomorrow after being checked. 

 

Is there a reason the engineer didn't do a box swap when there? You'll now have to call Sky to arrange a box swap. If Sky arrange that remember to take the viewing card out of the faulty box.

I was wondering the same.

 

I have to admit  I am also not sure why an engineer would specifically state you need a 32B2xxx box rather than just a replacement HDR box (either 32B1xx or 32B2xx) unless your only reason is wanting BBCiPlayer in UHD (which you would be better using  your TV's own app for  anyway)
