I have a sky cinema contract. When I try to play a movie it’s telling me to upgrade to sky cinema. When I press the red button it confirms I already gave the package .

@SD-HD as @MightyQuinn says normally you need to call Sky but You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
