I have Sky Sports but it says I need to upgrade for Sky sports plus

I keep getting a message saying I need to upgrade to view a game in Sky Sports plus but I thought if you have Sky Sports it is free

@Chris308  Do you have a full sky sports subscription?

 

single channel subscriptions don't qualify for access

So it's probably best me giving them a ring because I'm not going to upgrade to full Sky Sports package as I already have some components of it and need them taking out

Hi @Chris308 

If you speak to Sky directly you may be able to do a deal.  I'm sure that you will find the Complete Sports pack with a new 24 month contract will not be much more expensive then the individual packs you have.  The Complete Sports pack will replace the individual packs
