it should be down to the owner of the building to make sure it is, like Haringey Council that own my building so there are no problem installing SKY Q and the Sky Engineer can't say it can't be installed(I know its not the SKY Engineers fault) because that what happened to me and had to cancel it and get SKY Stream instead.
No point having a communal dish then, if its not compatible then you should be able to use the SKY Q dish then, the council should update there dish, the problem is the council does not have any money to do so .never update anything untill they are pushed to do it, like fixing there flats.

I was a PC Engineer and fix peoples PCs by going to there house, Windows XP was known to slow down PCs over time and clog up the PCs RAM and its start-up and had to reinstall it for the customer, the only way you could fix WinXP.
