I purchased sky stream and my satelite dish was disconnected, unfortunately the stream system does not work properly at my location

We are fellow customers here on the forum. If you want to go back to a Sky satellite product you will need to call Sky customer services.
However please note that you cannot have a streaming account and Q together, if you still have your Q kit it should be a case of plugging it back in and Sky reactivating your viewing card. However if you have returned your kit there will be a wait for an engineer and your stream account will cease immediately.

Sky doesn't disconnect dishes when users leave Sky Q, so who was that done by?
Posts in the Q forum suggest waits stretching into the new year.
