I cant book an Engineer
I have had multiple issues over time with connections dropping off on the mini boxes.
There are 4 boxes connected to the Q box. Every week I have to reset.
Today I tried to connect my sky mini to a new TV and all of the boxes lost connection.
After two hours the first, original, three mini boxes came on but the one I want to install tries to connect but then makes all the others lose connection.
I have tried to book an Engineer using the QR code link but it wont let me enter my email address.
I simply want help, here, in my home. How hard can this be?

Why cant I just book and pay for an Engineer?

Engineer visits for Sky Q issues are not chargeable. If all else fails call Sky but be warned the lines are extremely busy due to the ongoing Sky Glass issue.

Well that explains it. No charge. So poor service, actually no service. Hence why I am passed from pillar to post and find myself on a sunday afternoon on a forum, my first, with no chance of watching my rugby.
ok so i will try calling tomorrow. I've only wasted four hours today.
