Live TV always losing signal
Can someone who works for Sky please get in contact asap.
I've recently moved home, and have found whenever there is a tiny bit of rain, the signal drops. I would hardly ever experience this at my old address, even during thunderstorms. Sky charge an arm and a leg, and expect me to wait until 09/10/24 for an engineer visit. It's unacceptable having to wait this amount of time whilst paying extortionate prices for the 'service'.

hi @LTFC089
Just to let you know these groups are not for direct contact with SKY and they will not contact you
It sounds like you dish is slightly out of alignment - please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
