I cannot view ITV since it changed to HD
sand happened view BBC1 when that changed
how is it impossible to contact someone at Sky

@Sharyn72 what are you seeing when you goto 103 ?
Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

yes unfortunately it says it's relating to the signal. I managed to get through to Sky and they said it should appear when it transition to HD has finished. I found 103 under 803 but it's not HD and can't get local news. It's a pain but will have to live with it until it appears I guess

If you're having signal problems it won't resolve itself and you'll need an engineer visit to check the dish alignment, that's the only way to solve the problem.
