I can’t get apps , recording or catch up or on demand , if says to use this service you need to up

I can't get my normal services like recording , catch up on demand which I always did before , it keeps saying you need to upgrade your subscription , but this should all be included in my package

@Paul87 have you recently returned or changed your package ?

 

if neither of these Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
