Small sky q box won't connect tried pulling all the plugs out, pressed two little arrows on front of box. Disconnected everything at main skyq box that comes back on fine but still no connection upstairs

@MOBILE37 are you getting any messages on the screen when you turn the mini box on

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
