How to replace Sky Q Box that keeps failing

How do I get a replacement Sky Q Box? My box has not worked correctly for 3 months. I always get error MR104 even though I have rebooted my main box, q box, and tried everything on the Sky forums several times. It'll work for a few minutes then lose network again and give error MR104. Have done all the updates on the boxes and tvs. Nothing ever works.

Hi @Pablova222 

MR 104 is a mini connectivity issue.

Looks like you may need a Sky Q booster located midway between your Q box and the Mini.

Sky will supply these FOC to aid Q connectivity issues.

Regards " Sky Q booster" though. They already gave me and I have one. I still have this problem though.
