How to increase spending limit?

I'm trying to purchase the boxing on Sky Box Office and it keeps saying I need to increase spending limit. I've no idea I have a spending limit!! Can I change it online or through the Q Box???

had to call sky and wait 15 mins to speak to someone. Fixed in about 10 seconds.
