I'm trying to purchase a movie and it says I've reached my credit limit. How do I go about changing this? My bills are paid up to date? Been on MySky, app and online plus the sky store app and can't find where to change this. Thanks in advance for any help. I have a Q box. Happy new year!

You will need to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is usually available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here, not sure if this will be available today:

If it isn't you will need to call instead:
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

If chat times out try again and keeping trying until you access a Chat session😉
