How long for mini box to arrive

Hi, does anybody know how long it takes to receive a mini box? I ordered the mini box online yesterday, received email confirmation however it doesn't show in My Orders.

Hi, I've spoken to Sky this morning. I didn't select how many mini boxes I required. Not sure why the system allows the order to go through, confirmation email sent and charge shows on future bill but nobody contacted me to tell me I'd not selected how many boxes I needed. It's my first mini box but I've been charged £50 which will be refunded in a few days.
