Hi, I have a hard drive error message on my TV. I have read all guidance and it doesn’t work. I have called twice and waited an hour to be cut off and so would like someone to call me with a solution please as I am still paying for a service I can't use. Thanks

No one from Sky is going to call you from posting on a public forum.

 

You'll have to persist in calling.  You will almost certainly need a replacement box.

 

Sky will usually credit for the period you couldn't use from the date you report to fixed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@BeccaF  No one will or can call you on the back of a forum post.  This is mainly a customer helps  customer forum.
