Hi @Freir

Unless you have changed it,  your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number.

You can find your viewing card number in Home - Settings - System info.

See following link to reset your pin

Re: How do i find out my pin number

When setting up a account with sky the pin is ushaly set up at same time and should be the last 4 digits of your phone number unless changed since

OK, but the default PIN number is the last 4 digit on your viewing card, not your phone number.

Re: How do i find out my pin number

That's good for those who have cards I have the sky puck which don't have a card and is pin is last 4 digits of your phone number so I guess different if you have a viewing card

@Anonymous the difference is you have Sky Stream which has no viewing card,  this is the forum for Sky Q and Sky Q boxes  do have  a viewing card

@Anonymous

You've posted on a thread in the Sky Q board so it will be the viewing card solution as described by @Invisiblename and therefore your puck isn't relevant.

As you've posted in the wrong forum, all you're doing is potentially confusing Sky Q users
