I have sky q and they did not send me pin ... and its better to call white house then to get answer from sky... i am in germany and after i call a guy, he dont know englis ... i mean wt... and he sad, call in 30 min. They send everything, but nor PIN, and they take money, of course.
Not sure what you currently being in Germany has to do with it but unless you've changed it your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number.
EDIT: It is Sky UK you have and not Sky Deutschland?

The pin is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number unless you've changed it to something more memorable (which seems unlikely in the circumstances).
