How do I get an engineer to put dish back up

We have sky dish on our static caravan and have changed the van how do we get someone to put the dish back up

You can either request an engineer from Sky (via phone) with a possible £65 charge (you own the dish), or contacting a local aerial & satellite company

An independent installer with experience on that site may be more appropriate: Sky installers expect to fix to a building using masonry bolts and aren't equipped or trained for ground, cladding or non-penetrating mounts.

 

Note that Sky will only despatch an installer to a subscription address, not a second home.

I agree - SKY don't carry (& won't get)  a range of alternate fiixture fittings that might be needed
