32B1 box here. Slow to load then live broadcast work OK. Tried watching an old catchup recording and just locks up halfway through the Dominos pizza advert.
Tried refreshing the apps, logging out and in again still no difference. No big deal really in the rare instance of wanting to use ITV catchup will continue to use the ITV Hub app on my Sony TV (doesn't support ITVX) or a firestick that works perfectly with ITVX.
Generally the native TV apps tend to give better picture quality than the Q box even though the TV is over 5 years old.

I've updated the software but itv x still is not on my list of apps. The help areas are being no use whatsoever

If you have a voice remote fire it up that way. It will stick on the apps bar too.

I've just updated it and turned off and on again.

You will need to talk to sky if it doesn't show tomorrow but have you tired app refresh first

Go down to settings don't press select type 0,0,1 then select then down to apps then click app refresh it can take up to 24 hours to fully refresh after it says refreshing just give it 1 min then you can carry on and use sky as normal as it will do the refreshing in background as long as box is on and not standby and it's better if sky box is set to eco mode so then any updates to apps or software will do it overnight to put box on eco mode Press Home on your Sky Q remote go down to settings then select Settings, then Setup.Select Preferences, followed by Standby mode then select eco mode
