Hi @nickdevil23 I have two Sony TVs which have recently completed a software update. Not only is ITVX working perfectly (I don't know about Live as I am not interested as I have live TV) they have at last updated the logo to ITVX (previously the old ITV Hub logo but ITVX in the background). If you don't believe a word of what a "rep" says to you, then you can't go wrong.
With Sony TVs some do and some don't mine together with many will not update to ITV X. Lots of other makes over about 6 years old will not update. I think that only Sony Android TVs will update.

Hi @bob1234
My Sony TV does also not support ITVX. It does still run ITV Hub that seems to have all the same stuff for ITV except the live streams. Whether this will continue we will have to wait and see.
On the Sony site there is this link https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00287614
which shows which models support ITVX and which do not. Many Sony Android models also do not have ITVX, mine included XE90 model.

Does anyone know a date ITV X will be on Sky Q?

There's a 15 page thread on that topic here

Short answer to your question is "no"

Mmm "they have heard" I have heard lots of things but that is not quite as certain as "will be". Best to wait and see what happens preferably after tomorrow.

Time will tell, but until that tweet they have been completely non-committal about launch date. I wouldn't imagine they would suddenly post it unless there was some truth to it.

Just spoke to someone at itv who confirmed itvx app willl be added to sky Q by Friday and the current itv catch up on sky Q will disappear and merge into itvx app
22 Feb 2023 08:29 PM
@1Anonymous1 I do hope this is not true as the ITV apps are riddled with adverts! A real step back as the on-demand/catch-up is ad-free.

I know what you mean but only telling you what the person at itv customer service said

There'll be a "trial period" of ad-free then a sub at the end to remain ad-free. How strong that mighty dollar is.
