I think that's a 2020 model, so should be fine. It's up to Panasonic as to how they deploy any new app though.

I opened the ITV hub app on my LG tv today and it updated automatically to ITVX.

I worked out how to delete ITVhub from the TV but when I relaunched it it was still the old ITVhub.
I've given up now.

I also have 'G' model Panasonic - I don't think that ITV X is available yet for Panasonic - I suspect we will get it before too long though

On my HZ, just tried and if I open ITV Hub from the Home menu, it's all ITVX once you're using it.

Maybe Sky is waiting to see whether ITVX is a success, with past ITV ventures being a complete and utter flop.
why do you think they are combining ITV Hub and BritBox together? It's because ITVHub has never really hit the mark and BritBox. Well, it's basically in the UK is a damp squid plus is losing money and no longer is part of the BBC portfolio.
and who can remember the failure of ITV digital or on digital?. not forgetting ITV sports channel and I can go on and on.
Its a failure of ITV to have a launch date when they are talking up about what is coming on ITVX when is not accessible on all platforms at start..
so with pass Aventures of ITV, and the launch date, not hitting the mark, I don't think ITVX will be around for long..

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhy would Sky care about that? It's not a big cost to them and they want customers to stay on their platform for as much content as possible. ITV get plenty of eyeballs.
Far more likely the delay is just project management and technical glitches than any deliberate strategy imho.

Maybe it is a nudge towards the inferior Sky glass and stream platform
