I renewed my contract on Sunday on the agreement that an engineer would contact me within 24 hours to connect my services but I have heard nothing. I cannot watch my services until they have been 😞
and nothing is showing in my orders. Any ideas how i find out more?

You'll need to phone Sky, but I'll escalate your problem with Sky in case they can sort via instant messaging.
