My sky Q box is not connecting to the Internet. This is having a knock on with my two multi room boxes. I have taken the ethernet cable out of my Q box and tried it on my laptop and my laptop connects

Hi @Cheetahsarah2005 

Have you carried ou a Network reset on the main Q box with the Ethernet cable connected

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect wired to your router.
