My internet literally cuts off at 2.30am on the dot every morning, I can't connect it back up until the morning , nothing with get it working.
Do sky turn their services off in the night ? It's literally on the dot!!
The internet cuts off and a message comes up saying there's an issue with the connection between this mini box and your sky Qbox , there is nothing I can do to connect them back up to watch through the night

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds like the eco mode settings on your Sky Q box rather than a broadband issue. See this link and change the settings to None and see if that helps
