When i try to play recording its loading forever but not neen loaded and when i try to recording it says this service not avallable because of a problem with your Hard Disk Drive. Its 3days ago i missing my programs please help to do somthing .thanks

@Nasreen1 try following the link below it should lead to replacing your Q box if needed
