Hi Sky my 1 to 2 oclock phone call yet again never happened

Hi I have yet again waited in all afternoon for a Phone call from Harrison at sky , to get my new contract sorted , I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get this done ,and I am extremely disappointed with this service

@Stewartcraigie  You're not contactimng Sky Customer services, this is a customer helps customer forum, we have no access to your account so have no idea what the issue is you're having.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
