I have recently renewed my main sky q box and I have 2 no mini boxes but I am getting message no sub

I have recently re newes my main sky q box but now I have 2 mini boxes that will not work. They are stating no subscription.

I have checked my subscription and re booted all boxes but no joy

Yes, I have just spoken to sky rep who has helped me through the process or updating software which will hopefully solve the issue!

Try this

 

Settings > Watch on Sky Q Mini Box > Reactivate
