The past few months have been a nightmare of Q losing wifi connection and also dumping the mini, the previous 9 years have been fine with no provider changes VM.
Although couple of box changes due to Hdd issues.
Finally Got the Q on ethernet and it seems stable, I cannot get ethernet or homeplug to the mini unfortunately and it will not connect to Q any advice folks I'm going round in circles.
What wifi should the mini connect to?
I turned off all wifi setting on the Q
Any help much appreciated

@Ronj as VM provide your broadband then your mini box needs to connect to the main Q box by way of the mesh system that the Q box emits if you have turned off the wifi on your main Q box then your mini will not connect to it so you will need at least the 5Ghz wifi frequency turned back on

Re: Help please - mini connection problem
@Laing Thanks for that answer turned 5Ghz back on and so far so good.
Had followed other advice to turn off when connecting Q to ethernet.
See if I can keep a connection for more than a few days now.
Cheers Again
